Bill Gates visited the Philippines this past week
According to Bureau of Immigration records, a certain William Henry Gates arrived at the NAIA on April 4 aboard a private US jet.
The BOI added that their records show Gates flying aboard a chartered plane en route to Puerto Princesa in Palawan on April 5.
Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is the largest private donor of the IRRI International Rice Research Institute in Los Baños, Laguna.
Every year the foundation donate $18M for the hybrid rice research and they doing this since 6 years ago.
