para sa mga di makagawa update click me.
at para sa mga 169.254.1.1 na di makagawa watch me.
i suggest magreset na lang kayo canopy ok
1. Go to Configuration>>Click Unit settings Tab>>Click Set to Factory Defaults button..

1. change ung ipaddress sa network connection

ip address: 10.20.30.40
subnet mask: 255.0.0.0

if 169.254.1.1[default] ang canopy address mo no need to change ip maaccess mo siya directly

2. type cmd sa search box type arp -a
may lalabas na ip add 10.x.x.x for example
10.246.35.128 canopy page ko pag wala
lumabas try mu gawin sa ibang computer or laptop
para mlaman mo canopy add mo

3. OPEN network updater

4. first click update tab>>manage packages

5. Choose CANOPY105BUILDOFFICIAL_DES.pkg3>>click
close

6. click edit>>add elements to network root

cllick the box on the lower left
dun mu type ip add ng canopy mo

if may password canopy:
uncheck use default/inherit settings from parent element

then sa telnet/ftp login id: admin
then put the password ng canopy mo

then check the box beside network root

7. click view refresh entire network

8. after that click update entire network

then thats all congrats
