You Won't Believe That She's 50 Year Old Chinese Mom!

This 50-year-old woman looks unbelievably young—so much so that many people think she is her own son’s girlfriend.

Here name  Liu Yelin, 50 from China started swimming when she was 30 and immediately fell in love with it. She would swim outdoors, even in winter!

At age 50, Liu Yelin is often mistaken as her own 22-year-old son’s girlfriend because of how young she looked. 

At first glance, you’d think she is in her 20’s, as her face showed no sign of old age and wrinkles.

People would often approach her in public places, asking her secret to looking so young.Everybody wants the secret to eternal youth. 

However, her secret is not the fountain of youth but is very simple: exercise. Aside from swimming, she would work out at least three times a week—a real fitness junkie. “I swim in the lake and do weight training every day,” Liu said.
